Multi-layer collar and cuffs made with 1" wide leather strap with 1.5" backing then two layers of suede leather on the inside. Strap and backing are 5 to 7oz. heavy duty leather and the suede is 2-3 oz. Suede leather is about 2" wide. Your choice of suede color. Your choice of strap/backing color. Two D rings to attach to a leash or restraints. Has a heavy duty roller buckle and metal grommets for style and durability. Standard size fits 13"-18" . I can make these bigger or smaller to meet your needs.
